Sydney Dry Gin is a bright, crisp, refreshing and delicous gin with a backbone of Juniper alongside delicate floral and citrus of ruby red grapefruit and a ultra smooth finish.
 
Crafted from ten botanicals - Juniper, Coriander, Cardamon, Angelica Root, Chamomile, Strawberry Gum, Liquorice Root, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Orange and a local Lilyfield Pepper Tree - this gin is beautifully balanced and incredibly easy to drink.
 
At 41% ABV, Sydney Dry Gin was our very first creation, perfected over years to achieve the ideal blend of citrus and juniper.
 
It’s one for the discerning Gin lover -a gin people fall in love with, coming back time and time again.
 
Our recommended serve is a Classic Gin and Tonic with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic, garnished with a wedge of Ruby Grapefruit or a slice of lime. 
 
For a twist, let the citrus notes shine by crafting a Grapefruit Spritz- swap the tonic for Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda, and a garnish of fresh lychee and a slice of lime.

Its a true testament to the classic London Dry Gin style, with a bold and balanced juniper -forward profile. Complemented by subtle citrus notes of Ruby Grapefruit and Australian Finger Lime, it's a beautifully crafted spirit.
 
For a bold take on a Classic Gin and Tonic, we like to serve Juniper Dry Gin with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, plenty of ice and either a simple slice of lemon or orange to let the Gin shine, or 1/2 a strawberry and a orange peel for a alternative.

3. VODKA 700ml
Like all our products, we took the time with this formulation to make, what we think, is a cracking Vodka.
 
This Vodka is smooth and clean and crisp with a balanced flavour profile - exactly what a excellent Vodka should be.
 
Sampled straight it glides over the palette leaving no harsh burn - more a gentle warmth :) In fact, its that smooth, that some of our venues have put a Vodka Old Fashioned on their menu (Pretty much straight Vodka with Brown Sugar Syrup, Bitters and usually served with a peel of Orange).
 
There is so many things you can do with Vodka so from our perspective we cant wait to get the cocktails and recipes started !
