The famous Lychee Grapefruit Spritz (now renamed the "Lily Fields Spritz"), the most popular drink at our garden Bar at Leichhardt Bowlo. 
 
This pack contains 
1 * 700ml bottle of Sydney Dry Gin
1 * 200ml bottle of Lily Fields Lychee Syrup
1 * 500ml Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda
 
To make it, simply add 1 shot (30ml) of Sydney Dry to the glass, A scoop of ice, then 2 tsp (10ml) of Lychee Syrup and 150ml of Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda. Stir to combine and garnish with either a wedge of Lime or Ruby Grapefruit or go fancy and make it in a balloon glass and serve with Lychee's on a cocktail skewer !
 
Note that this pack contains enough Lychee Syrup to make about 20 cocktails but not enough Grapefruit Soda as its too heavy to go in the packs - you simply need to purchase more from Coles, Woolworths or Dan Murphys. The CAPI grapefruit Soda is also great.
