30ml Vermouth

Slice of orange

To make a Negroni it is simply 1 part Sydney Dry Gin to 1 part Vermouth to 1 part Campari.

Measure out and combine the 3 spirits in the glass. As sufficient ice and stir.

Garnish and Enjoy

Note that you can also pre-batch this and place in the fridge or freezer so it's ready to drink when you are.

Note that the vermouth is like wine and will oxidize. Store in the fridge to get the longest shelf life but always taste it prior to use.

If you can't drink it in time, it may be better to buy our RTD Negroni.
