We start with 100% Agave spirit imported from Mexico, then redistill it here in Sydney to give it the Lily Fields treatment - refining the spirit into something exceptionally smooth, bright and unmistakably agave with our own premium Lily Fields finish.

So why don't we call it Tequila? Tequila is a protected geographical indication, with strict rules governing where and how it can be produced. Authentic Tequila must be produced in designated regions of Mexico, using Blue Weber agave and in accordance with Mexico's official Tequila production standards. Our spirit begins its journey in Mexico, but because we redistill it here in Sydney, the finished product sits outside the Tequila designation. So we proudly call it SILVER AGAVE SPIRIT.
