SYDNEY DRY GIN
Sydney Dry Gin is a bright, crisp refreshing gin with a backbone of Juniper along side floral and citrus notes of ruby red grapefruit and a uber smooth finish. Our recommended serve is as a Classic Gin and Tonic using Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic and a wedge of Ruby Grapefruit. This is one extremely easy drinking & beautifully balanced Australian Gin.
 
It is comprised of 10 botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Cardamon, Angelica Root, Chamomile, Strawberry Gum, Liquorice Root, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Orange and a local Lilyfield Pepper Tree. 41 % ABV 700ml

Our Juniper Dry Gin has just recieved one of the highest accolades in the realm of Gin. Best in Class (Trophy) in the 2023 Australian Gin Awards and also a GOLD at both the 2023 Australian Gin Awards and the 2023 Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards. What a acheivement in our first year for our Sydney Gin Distillery. This trifecta  of excellence attests to the gins impeccable taste and quality.
 
Its a true testement to the classic London Dry Gin style, with a bold and balanced juniper -forward profile. Complemented by subtle citrus notes of Ruby Grapefuit and Australian Finger Lime, this gin is beautiful. 
 
For a bold take on a Classic Gin and Tonic, we like to serve Juniper Dry Gin with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, plenty of ice and either a simple slice of lemon or orange to let the Gin shine, or 1/2 a strawberry and a orange peel for a alternative.
