Inspired by the iconic Italian limoncello, our Yuzu Cello is a vibrant twist on a classic, handcrafted in small batches using intensely aromatic yuzu fruit.
 
Yuzu is prized for its beautifully complex citrus character, sitting somewhere between mandarin, grapefruit and lemon, with delicate floral notes and a long, fragrant finish. The result is a liqueur that's fresh, bright and beautifully balanced - bursting with citrus flavour without being overly sweet.
 
Sip it straight from the fridge, pour it over ice, or use it to elevate your favourite cocktails.
It also makes a surprisingly delicious addition to desserts, from vanilla ice cream to citrus tarts.
